Sacramento Street Medicine provides high-quality, patient-led medical care to people experiencing homelessness. We meet the needs of the people where they are—on the streets and in encampments throughout Sacramento. 

We believe healthcare and housing are human rights. By utilizing our education in medicine and our passion for human rights, we change lives, build services, and restore hope and power. We work today in the hope that one day, we won't have to deliver care on the streets.
